SHIPPING

Shipping is available worldwide (shipping currently from TX, US) and all items in the store are ready to ship. 

Shipping is based on USPS standard rates and will be automatically calculated originating from Texas, United States.


Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment has cleared. 

Upon placing order, an confirmation email will be sent to your email provided at the checkout. 


If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please be sure to check the email address associated with your  order, or check your Spam/Trash folder as your email service provider may have automatically moved it to this folder.


Once your order has shipped, you will receive automated email confirmation with a postal tracking number.


Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  I am not responsible for delays due to customs.


Once the parcel ships and has been handed to post office, it is no longer in my control. 

I am not responsible for shipping errors based on incorrect delivery information caused by customer nor costs or damage related to these errors. 


Please keep in mind that First Class shipping is uninsured, but does come with a tracking number.

You can select either First Class shipping (up to 16 oz, uninsured) or Priority shipping (any weight, insured). 

For added security, you can add the 'Signature Confirmation' for additional $2.50 (please click here to learn more).

USPS INFORMATION: Signature confirmation is only available for shipments within United States - not available for Priority Mail International, First Class Package International Service, Priority Mail Express International.


Please not that I cannot mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. 


CUSTOM ORDERS

I am not accepting custom orders at this time.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELATIONS

Cancelations are not accepted at this time. 

I don’t accept returns of non-defective items.


If you are not fully satisfied with the yarn, please contact me within 5 days of delivery.

 

Forced returns are not accepted and the  parcel will be rejected (mailed back to sender) without prior authorization.


After you have contacted me regarding the return or exchange, items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. 

No returns will be accepted after 14 days of delivery.


Once item is returned in resellable condition, a store credit will be issued for the cost of the item


No cash/credit/debit card/paypal refunds will be issued at this time.


Yarn has to be returned in its original condition - in the original hank, clean and without any signs of use. Yarn re-skeined or that has been wound into a ball/cake is not returnable.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


All clearance and sales are final and not returnable.

LEGAL INFORMATION

I will only use your shipping and billing address and contact information to communicate with you about your order, to fulfill your order and for legal reasons only (such as paying taxes).


At this time credit/debit card, ApplePay (both supported by Stripe) and PayPal payments are accepted.

GENERAL

I am unable to wind yarn for you into cake at this time. Your order will be shipped in form of twisted hanks.


Please note: each listing in my store is for one (1) hank of displayed colorway. 


More information about yardage, weight, fiber content etc. is specified in the tab 'Item Details' of each product listing. 

 

Please note that color darkness or shades may vary based on viewing device settings.

If you are unsure about the displayed photos, please contact me. 


Yarn is usually dyed in batches of 3 or 4 hanks.

If you order multiple hanks of same colorway, I will do my best to match the hanks within one batch but please also understand that it is not always doable. 


Please keep in mind that hand dyed yarns can look differently also within same batch. 

For best results I always recommend to alternate the hanks in same project.


CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All yarns in my store are dyed with acid dyes, rinsed until all excess dye washes out. The dyes are colorfast.

However, washing yarns in temperature above 100 F (37 C) will cause dye to bleed. 

For best results, hand wash or machine wash on delicate setting, lay flat to dry or block. 

Do not use regular laundry detergent or fabric softener on hand dyed yarns, as these products will cause dye to bleed and disrupt structure of fine fiber.

To increase the lifespan of hand dyed yarns, please use only detergents for fine fibers (e.g. Eucalan, Soak and similar).
