Due to current situation caused by Coronavirus , orders are now shipped within 7 -10 business days (Monday to Friday - WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR ON NATIONAL HOLIDAYS, thank you for your understanding ) once payment has cleared.
Upon placing order, an confirmation email will be sent to your email provided at the checkout.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check the email address associated with your order, check your Spam/Trash folder as your email service provider may have automatically moved it to this folder.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive automated email confirmation with a postal tracking number.

If you are not fully satisfied with the yarn, please contact me within 5 days of delivery.
Forced returns are not accepted and the parcel will be rejected (mailed back to sender) without prior authorization.
After you have contacted me regarding the return or exchange, items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
No returns will be accepted after 14 days of delivery.
Once item is returned in resellable condition, a store credit will be issued for the cost of the item.
No cash/credit/debit card/paypal refunds will be issued at this time.
Yarn has to be returned in its original condition - in the original hank, clean and without any signs of use. Yarn re-skeined or that has been wound into a ball/cake is not returnable.
All clearance sales are final and not returnable.

I try to edit the photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. I cannot guarantee that the colors you see accurately portrays the true colors of the product.

Yarn is usually dyed in batches of 3 or 4 hanks.
If you order multiple hanks of same colorway, I will do my best to match the hanks within one batch but please also understand that it is not always doable.
Please keep in mind that hand dyed yarns can look differently also within same batch.
For best results I always recommend to alternate the hanks in same project.
All yarns in my store are dyed with acid dyes, rinsed until all excess dye washes out. The dyes are colorfast.
However, washing yarns in temperature above 100 F (37 C) will cause dye to bleed.
For best results, hand wash or machine wash on delicate setting, lay flat to dry or block.
Do not use regular laundry detergent or fabric softener on hand dyed yarns, as these products will cause dye to bleed and disrupt structure of fine fiber.
To increase the lifespan of hand dyed yarns, please use only detergents for fine fibers (e.g. Eucalan, Soak and similar).
All gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift cards will be delivered electronically to the buyer's e-mail as specified on the payment within 12 hours of cleared payment.
Sock Obsession Yarns is not responsible for lost gift cards or gift cards used without your permission.
Recipient must redeem the entire value of the Sock Obsession Yarns gift card in a single transaction, no partial redemptions.
Purchase price must be greater or equal to gift card value.
If the amount of your Gift Card does not cover the total order amount, the remainder of the purchase balance can be paid by an accepted alternate form of payment.
Resale of Sock Obsession Yarns gift cards is prohibited.
Customer can redeem only ONE gift card during checkout.
Shipping fees cannot be not covered by Gift Card value.
